Welcome to The Roasters' Guild! By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or participating in our services (including artisan coffee roasting, espresso bar services, pastries and light fare, coffee workshops and tastings, and retail coffee bean sales), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms

Our online platform is provided to showcase our artisan coffee offerings and attract local customers. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our online platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Roasters' Guild shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
